The Kellar-Davis Family was started
in June 2000 with the partnership of Bob Kellar and Mitch Davis. They began
doing real estate sales under the name Kellar-Davis Inc. The company takes
pride in being “A Professional Real Estate Corporation” and those words have
been the standard bearer for Kellar-Davis since serving our very first client.
At Kellar-Davis Inc., where the client always comes first, only the highest
standards of integrity and ethics are implemented.
Bob Kellar, upon his retirement
from the Los Angeles Police Department in 1993, began his real estate sales
career in Santa Clarita. Bob has also been active with SRAR as a past board
member and was president of the Santa Clarita Division of Realtors in year
2000. Bob has served on various charitable boards over the years, such as SCV
Senior Center, SCV Chamber of Commerce, and SCV Veterans Memorial
Committee. Bob was elected to the Santa
Clarita City Council in 2000. He still
serves on the council and has served as the Mayor in 2004, 2008, 2013, and
again this year, 2016.
Mitch Davis began his real estate
sales career in 1972 in the San Fernando Valley. For the past twenty years he
has been very active in Southland Region Association of Realtors (SRAR) as a
board member and was president of the organization in 2000.
Kellar-Davis' Broker of Record is
Marty Kovacs. Marty is also a retired Los Angeles Police Officer having served
23 years. He has an extensive real estate sales background and in 2006 obtained
his State Brokers License.
Bobbe Higby, also with her Broker's
license, along with Bob Kellar and Marty Kovacs comprise the management team of
Kellar Davis. Bobbe has been with
Kellar-Davis since April 2003.
Currently Kellar-Davis has
thirty-five full time professional real estate agents working at our Canyon
Country, Newhall and Friendly Valley Offices. Although a small independent company, our
agents at Kellar-Davis take great pride in their work and strive to accomplish
the goals of our clients.
